Kunal is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Technology Group and provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, founders and global corporations.
Kunal has a proven track record of achieving premium outcomes for his clients, leveraging over 16 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. He has advised on transactions across the Technology sector and focuses his attention on the Software vertical.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Kunal was at Arma Partners, where he spearheaded several landmark transactions across the Software vertical. Earlier in his career, he held M&A roles at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), Harris Williams and Deloitte.
Kunal received a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Manchester. He is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
