Harbir partners with middle market clients on complex capital raise transactions, including acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations across various industries. He combines strategic insight with execution expertise to support the next stage of growth for clients, typically private equity firms and founders.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Harbir worked at Antares Capital as part of the private credit team, where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing private equity-sponsored transactions.

Harbir earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Michigan State University.
