Nathaniel Archer

Nathaniel is a senior member of Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory practice. He partners with private investment firms to create, structure and raise single asset investment vehicles, continuation funds, primary funds and co-invest vehicles for established sponsors. With nearly a decade of industry experience, Nathaniel specializes in fostering long-lasting relationships between investors with passive institutional capital allocators.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Nathaniel worked at 747 Capital, where he sourced and underwrote primary private equity fund investments, co-investments and GP- and LP-led secondary transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked in Barclays’ investment banking division, structuring macro derivatives for global corporates and private equity firms and hedging event-driven risks.

Nathaniel earned a Bachelor of Science in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
