I'm driven by the opportunity to turn complex financial questions into actionable insights and help clients navigate challenging decision-making processes.

Snehi provides board advisory and transaction opinion services to public company boards and special committees, investment funds, corporations and privately held companies across a broad spectrum of transactions, including divestitures, reorganizations, related-party dealings, recapitalizations and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Snehi has financial advisory experience with clients in the chemicals, retail and consumer products industries, among others.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 2023, Snehi worked at Kroll in the valuation advisory practice.

Snehi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
