As General Counsel, Kristin is responsible for identifying, mitigating and resolving corporate and client-related risks. Leveraging her deep experience, she provides overall counsel on global matters while upholding ethics and integrity.

Kristin joined Lincoln in 2015 and spent 2018-2024 at Xeris Pharmaceuticals—most recently as General Counsel, Vice President—before returning to the firm.

Kristin earned a juris doctor degree magna cum laude from the Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in political science from Tufts University.
