Oliver is a Director in Lincoln’s Technology Group with a focus on software and technology services, working alongside entrepreneurs and private equity firms across Europe. He has experience advising on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions as well as on capital advisory mandates.

Oliver has a deep understanding of the technology industry and believes every business is a world of its own; therefore, he takes pride in diving deep into the details of a client’s business to truly understand the core drivers and individual details affecting it. By fully knowing the client’s business and goals, coupled with his specific industry focus, Oliver can effectively deliver unbiased advice and deliver top-tier results.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Oliver held roles in M&A and private equity at Alantra, Duke Street Capital and Proventus.

Oliver earned a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Denison University, where he was awarded the Tyree / Parajon Scholarship for academic achievement, leadership and personal merit.
