The Deal
Lincoln International advised Virtex on its sale to NEOTech, a portfolio company of Arkview Capital. The acquisition brings together two complementary electronics manufacturing businesses with strong capabilities serving aerospace, defense and other highly regulated markets.
Following the acquisition, the combined company will operate 11 facilities with more than 2,500 employees and offer an expanded range of engineering, manufacturing and lifecycle support capabilities. The transaction further strengthens NEOTech’s ability to serve customers with complex, mission-critical electronic manufacturing requirements.
