The Deal
Under Vortex’ ownership, hallo, has rapidly grown into a market leader in the Dutch MSP market for SMEs combining strong organic growth complemented by executing a highly successful buy-and-build strategy fully integrating acquisitions. In anticipation of further (international) growth, management and the shareholders decided to attract a new partner to execute on the ambition to become the leading European SME-focused ICT MSP consolidator. Lincoln was appointed to help find this new partner and ran a high-pace process focused on top contenders with proven experience and value add in the space. KLAR Partners emerged as the preferred partner to support hallo, in its next growth phase.
