Bart provides buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, entrepreneurs and corporations, with a focus on the Benelux region.
Bart collaborates closely with his clients to gain a deep understanding of their businesses and objectives, enabling him to strategically craft their unique story and ensure an optimal market positioning to potential investors.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Bart was an associate at Van Lanschot Kempen in M&A and equity capital markets.
Bart earned a Master of Science in finance and investments and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
