Binford Supply has been sold to Fencing Supply Group

Binford Supply was founded in 1950 and has grown to become one of the largest residential and commercial fencing distributors in the United States. Led by its President, Jeff Cook, Binford has over 150 employees across 13 locations, currently serving residential and commercial fencing contractors throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Binford’s product categories include wood, chain link, pipe and tube, ornamental, vinyl, gates and access controls, barbed wire, staining, concrete, agricultural and fencing tools. Founded in 2021, Fencing Supply Group (FSG) is a new platform focused on building a group of industry-leading fencing distributors. FSG businesses serve professional fencing contractors who provide new, improvement and repair fencing services. Binford is the second acquisition for the Fencing Supply Group platform.

This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence and negotiation phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
