Align Capital Partners has sold VetEvolve to Varsity Healthcare Partners

VetEvolve

Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, VetEvolve is a general veterinary care platform employing more than 100 Doctors of Veterinary Medicine (DVMs) across 32 clinics throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

The Deal

Align Capital Partners has sold VetEvolve to Varsity Healthcare Partners (VHP). VHP is partnering with VetEvolve’s management team to extend VetEvolve’s regional presence and expand the company into new geographies.
