Vicki is an experienced corporate financier and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisor, primarily focused on the business services sector. She has worked for both privately owned and private equity-backed business and has completed numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions. Vicki works to understand her clients’ business goals and the motivation of potential buyers to achieve objectives.
Vicki has deep knowledge and perspective of the business services industry. She counsels her clients as industry dynamics lean toward augmenting traditional people-based services with a technology proposition. Vicki has worked with companies across the business services sector, including HR and recruitment, marketing, environmental, engineering, consulting and education and training services.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Vicki worked in the tax and M&A advisory practice at Deloitte. Previously, she attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Vicki earned a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) from Durham University. She is qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser.
