Prevalent AI has sold a minority stake to ISTARI, a portfolio company of Temasek
Prevalent AI (PAI), founded in 2017, is a specialist cybersecurity data science and analytics provider.
PAI is a leader in security data science, leveraging deep experience in building some of the world’s most successful cyber analytics solutions for both governmental and commercial uses. PAI helps organizations unify their data, build tailored cyber solutions and take control of their cyber risk by combining their security data science platform with security data science services to provide customers with a single capability to support all their cyber challenges.
Following the receipt of several unsolicited approaches, Lincoln was retained as the sole financial advisor to PAI’s founding partners. Lincoln assisted the management team with the preparation of marketing materials, deal negotiation and due diligence stages of the transaction.
