Prevalent AI has sold a minority stake to ISTARI, a portfolio company of Temasek
Prevalent AI (PAI), founded in 2017, is a specialist cybersecurity data science and analytics provider.
PAI is a leader in security data science, leveraging deep experience in building some of the world’s most successful cyber analytics solutions for both governmental and commercial uses. Following the receipt of several unsolicited approaches, Lincoln was retained as the sole financial advisor to PAI’s founding partners. Lincoln assisted the management team with the preparation of marketing materials, deal negotiation and due diligence stages of the transaction.
Edward Lethbridge, Managing Director and head of Lincoln’s UK Business Services Group, commented, “PAI is a unique and tremendously exciting growth business addressing a key risk area for global corporates. Helping to explore the opportunity to partner with a high-profile business like ISTARI has been fascinating and rewarding. The deal reflects PAI’s huge potential and will enable the business to maximize the market opportunity.”
We are extremely grateful for Lincoln’s counsel and hands-on support throughout this process. In helping us articulate PAI’s unique vision and strategic objectives, we believe we have secured the best possible partner for the next stage of our growth.
