Airsweb has been sold to EcoOnline
Founded in 1999, Airsweb is a leading international EHS software provider. AVA, its multi-user, multi-country, multi-language cloud-based platform, is designed for rapid deployment and known for its simplicity, configurability and ease of use.
The $1.2 billion global EHS software market is growing at over 10% a year, driven by the increasing importance of regulatory compliance in the workplace and the transition from local reporting using paper and spreadsheets to sophisticated cloud-based systems.
Airsweb has established a loyal enterprise level client base of approximately 100 blue chip corporate accounts which sign up to multi-year commitments with AVA, providing excellent revenue visibility and an attractive growth profile.
Mark Swithenbank, Managing Director of Airsweb, commented, “Lincoln worked with us closely throughout. They were able to tell the Airsweb story to a wide international audience which helped us to achieve an outstanding result for management and investors. Their hands-on support and experience from start to finish was key.”
Edward Lethbridge, Managing Director at Lincoln International and head of the firm’s UK Business Services Group, stated, “It is a privilege to work with a company that is both important to its sector and has an experienced, motivated and ambitious management team. This transaction is a great example of how Lincoln can showcase a high-quality asset to a global buyer audience and manage a fast-moving and competitive sale process.”
