Tyler Furste

Tyler provides debt advisory services across a broad spectrum of industries to private equity and corporate clients, primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance capital structure execution, recapitalization, restructuring and refinancing for middle market borrowers.

Tyler has extensive experience structuring, underwriting, documenting, syndicating and managing senior secured credit facilities supporting leveraged buyouts, M&A, growth capital and general corporate purposes of sponsor-backed and direct borrowers via bilateral, club, unitranche and broadly syndicated executions. Utilizing his experience and a passion for client-focused execution, Tyler strives to provide creative capital solutions and collaborative guidance.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tyler was a Vice President at Capital One working as a senior secured debt arranger and lender focused on the healthcare sector. His business was acquired by Capital One from GE Capital, where he held similar roles.

Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and psychology from Kenyon College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
