Matthew Dastrup

Matt provides capital advisory services to private equity and corporate clients for a broad range of situations including refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and growth capital initiatives.

Drawing upon more than a decade of diverse expertise spanning numerous industries, Matt provides customized and impartial guidance to clients, assisting them in achieving their financial and strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Matt was a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey in the capital markets group, where he provided debt advisory services to private equity sponsors and private companies. Previously he worked at Alvarez & Marsal where he provided financing and restructuring advisory services and began his career in the leveraged finance group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on structuring and executing leveraged loan and high-yield debt syndications across multiple industries.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Brigham Young University.
