Sara Rachele Napolitano

As a Managing Director in Lincoln International’s Technology Group, Sara Rachele provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and founders.

With nearly two decades of advisory experience, Sara Rachele has advised clients across the technology sector. She focuses her efforts within the technology services vertical, where she supports shareholders seeking maximum value and the ideal investors to partner with management teams.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sara Rachele worked in Houlihan Lokey’s technology team. Earlier in her role, she held M&A roles at Edmond de Rothschild, Leonardo & Co. and Mediobanca, in Italy, France and the UK.

Sara Rachele earned a master’s degree from the Luiss Business School in Rome and Bachelor of Business Administration from the Federico II University of Naples.
