Julian Bley

I closely sync with my client’s strategic objectives and act as a natural part of their team.

Julian advises corporate and private equity clients within Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group on the structuring and arranging of financing for a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), refinancings and dividend recapitalizations.

Julian leverages his close to a decade of broad financing transaction experience and industry stakeholder knowledge to provide clients with solutions that best serve their unique business objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Julian worked as an Associate in the acquisition financing division at Apollo Global Management’s portfolio company Oldenburgische Landesbank where he provided financing solutions to private equity clients for LBO transactions. Previously, he was an M&A Analyst at Consus Partner.

Julian earned a Master of Science in finance from the Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics and finance from Baylor University.
