The Deal

GENUI pursued a strategy to acquire kgs as the global market for corporate information archiving is expected to steadily grow in the coming years. The significant drivers of this development include the increasing volume of data and the growing legal requirements for data archiving. kgs plays a crucial role by assisting its clients in efficiently and environmentally responsibly meeting the ever-growing compliance requirements on a daily basis. This capability makes kgs an intriguing company for GENUI. Lincoln International was appointed by GENUI as their exclusive debt advisor to arrange and negotiate a competitive financing package, accommodating both the acquisition and operating needs of kgs.
