Jacob provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to leading private equity groups, large enterprises, successful entrepreneurs and private business owners. He drives highly efficient processes and brings deep industry insight and broad transaction experience to his clients, helping them highlight strategic positioning attributes and key potential growth drivers while identifying and addressing potential risks.

Jacob utilizes strong communication skills and a highly analytical approach to help clients evaluate strategic alternatives and ultimately achieve highly successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jacob was responsible for advocating on behalf of clients in a primary relationship management capacity, as well as structuring and executing on senior debt transactions, at CIBC. He was also formerly an Associate in the corporate and investment banking group at Wells Fargo.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with honors and the Senior 100 distinction.
