Bharani provides growth capital raise and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services in the technology, media and telecom and consumer industries.

Bharani has experience helping young and fast-growing businesses expand with growth equity, capital raises, acquisitions and divestitures. He enjoys working with accomplished entrepreneurs and management teams driving new and innovative businesses.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Bharani worked as an Associate at Spark Capital with the investment banking team focusing on the technology and consumer industries. Prior to Spark Capital, he was a Senior Associate at EY with the investment banking team focused on the renewables and clean technology industries.

Bharani earned a postgraduate diploma (equivalent to Master of Business Administration) in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
