Investcorp has acquired a majority stake in Unilog
Investcorp is a leading global manager of alternative investments with six lines of businesses, including private equity, real estate, absolute return investments, infrastructure, credit management and strategic capital. Since its inception, Investcorp has made approximately 200 private equity investments in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and Asia, across a range of sectors. The company has established a market-leading position of investing in lower mid-market technology companies with a specific focus on software, data and analytics, cyber security and fintech and payments.
Unilog is a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that delivers powerful, affordable e-commerce solutions and product data enrichment services for the business-to-business (B2B) marketplace. Unilog currently serves more than 350 small and medium enterprises in the approximate $10 billion market for providing software solution services to distribution and retail businesses operating in the U.S.
Unilog intends to leverage the capital backing to accelerate product innovation, enhance customer service and expand market presence through both organic and inorganic acquisition opportunities.

Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Investcorp in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
