Unilog is a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that delivers powerful, affordable e-commerce solutions and product data enrichment services for the business-to-business (B2B) marketplace. Unilog currently serves more than 350 small and medium enterprises in the approximate $10 billion market for providing software solution services to distribution and retail businesses operating in the U.S.
Unilog intends to leverage the capital backing to accelerate product innovation, enhance customer service and expand market presence through both organic and inorganic acquisition opportunities.

Varun Laul of Investcorp further added, “The Unilog investment speaks to two structural growth trends – increasing digitization of small and medium-sized businesses and the rapid adoption of e-commerce.”
Sathya Ramanathan, Managing Director at Lincoln, commented, “The combination of Investcorp and Unilog brings together a pedigreed mid-market technology investor and a strong enterprise SaaS business helmed by a skilled and ambitious team.
