Abe Bailin

It is a honor and a privilege to provide counsel to clients during the most critical junctures in the lifecycles of their businesses.

Abe is a member of Lincoln’s Global Business Services Group and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. He provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity-owned and privately held clients.

Abe understands the importance of building strong relationships with clients through transparent and honest communication. He works collaboratively with his clients to understand their unique operational attributes and objectives, in order to provide bespoke solutions and to drive creative processes which deliver optimal outcomes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Abe focused on corporate strategy at YRC Worldwide, Inc. Previously, he provided investment management services to a private family office and associated funds/investment groups at Nutrade Inc. Abe started his career as an Analyst at Morningstar Inc. where he focused on the commodities space.

Abe holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from University of Kansas.
