Hiten Mistry

At the core of every emerging economy lies a dynamic consumer sector. My work focuses on partnering with founders and management of leading consumer businesses and brands to help scale with purpose—aligning with evolving consumer needs while advancing quality, accessibility and long-term community impact.

Hiten provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the consumer sector. He advises founders, promoters and investors on a range of strategic transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A (both majority and minority stake sales), private equity fundraises and structured transactions such as secondary exits and recapitalizations.

With nearly 15 years of finance experience, Hiten invests significant time in understanding clients’ businesses, long-term objectives and sector nuances before shaping transaction strategy. He helps consumer leaders maximize value at exit, identify the right investor for the next phase of growth, raise capital to scale operations, and position their businesses in an ever-evolving consumer landscape. Hiten’s experience advising on both growth capital and M&A reinforces his focus on combining sector insight with rigorous execution.

Prior to joining Lincoln International, Hiten served as Vice President and Sector Lead for the consumer sector at Equirus, where he advised middle market companies on growth capital, strategic partnerships and exit transactions. Earlier in his career, he held equity and structured financing advisory roles at Capwise, UV Capital and Sun Capital Advisors.

Hiten earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from ITM Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from K.J. Somaiya Science & Commerce.
