Jake West

I am passionate about delivering outlier outcomes for my clients while providing honest, direct and thoughtful advice throughout the sale process.

Jake provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients across the technology industry. He has experience advising on and executing both sell-side and buy-side transactions for leading private equity groups, public companies and privately held companies.

With a decade of experience, Jake has successfully partnered with clients in multiple technology and financial services subsectors. His industry expertise enables him to generate superior outcomes for his clients. He focuses his efforts on vertical software segments as well as infrastructure, marketing and media software.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jake worked as a consultant and CPA at KPMG in its deals advisory practice. Earlier in his career, he worked in PwC’s Assurance practice.

Jake earned a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University, where he pursued a double major in economics and accounting.
