Who We Are / Our People / Will Collins

Will provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the consumer industry, with a focus on the food & beverage, travel & hospitality, restaurant and pet sectors. He has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border sell-side transactions for entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and private equity firms.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Will was a Consultant in the Financial Markets Group at Charles River Associates.

Will earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, where he majored in finance and business law.
