Jordan provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to an array of private equity and private equity-backed companies, owner-managed businesses and listed corporates.

As a senior member of the Business Services Group, Jordan specializes in providing practical and robust commercial advice across the professional services and built environment services verticals. He has extensive experience advising on sell-side and buy-side mandates, as well as on strategic reviews and joint venture structures, supporting clients to optimize deal terms.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jordan worked at KPMG within the M&A practice in London. Earlier in his career, he trained as a Chartered Accountant at EY.

Jordan earned a First Class Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Birmingham. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
