Steve is Managing Director and co-head of Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory practice. Steve partners with private equity and private credit firms to create, structure and raise single asset investment vehicles, primary funds, co-invest vehicles for established sponsors and GP-led structures and continuation funds.
Steve has over 20 years’ experience advising private equity firms and portfolio companies on primary and structured transactions and fundraising. He is thoughtful in his approach to each opportunity, anticipating challenges and navigating changing market dynamics. Steve inspires confidence in his clients to be creative, blaze new paths and set new market landmarks to help them achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to Lincoln, Steve was Managing Director and co-head of Advisory in UBS’s Private Funds Group. Steve started his career with PwC in the transaction advisory services team, and also worked as part of the BancBoston Capital and Knight Capital Partners teams.
Steve earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
