David Reese

I am inspired by the opportunity to solve difficult problems and provide expert advice to my clients, building trust through consistent, honest and transparent communication.

David is a senior member of Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory practice. David partners with private investment firms to create, structure and raise single asset investment vehicles, continuation funds, primary funds and co-invest vehicles for established sponsors.

David has over a decade of experience sourcing investment opportunities, underwriting risk and executing transactions and growth strategies. He establishes strong relationships with his clients and applies intellectual curiosity and honesty to reach optimal client outcomes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, David was a Vice President at Egis Capital Partners where he was responsible for origination, analysis and execution of investment opportunities. Previously, he was an Associate at Emigrant Capital Corporation.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Denison University.
