Dan DiSalvio

Dan is a senior member of Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory Group. He advises on the structuring, raising and distribution of capital for asset-focused general partner-led secondaries, co-investments and primary funds.

Dan has almost a decade of experience working closely with his clients to learn about their business objectives, enabling him to provide expert advice and connect them with supportive limited partners.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Dan was a Director at Addepar where he built out the private funds group and focused on primary, secondary and co-investment transactions for financial sponsors. Previously, he was a Vice President at Harris Williams in its private capital advisory solutions group, with a primary focus on general partner-led secondaries and co-investments.

Dan earned a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Wake Forest University. He is a certified public accountant.
