Who We Are / Our People / Grace Grunau

Grace is a senior member of Lincoln’s Private Funds Advisory practice. She provides advisory and distribution services to clients raising capital and executing structured transactions in the private markets.

Grace has spent her entire career in the private markets space, advising on primary fundraising, single asset and co-investment vehicles and structured secondary transactions. She works closely with clients through every step of a transaction to help them navigate various market conditions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Grace was an Associate Director at UBS in the private funds group.

Grace received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Boston College.
