The Deal
Increasing focus on quality and safety in manufacturing have made plant floor audit procedures essential to corporate strategy, operations and compliance. In addition, technology is increasingly being adopted to enable and connect frontline workers across the plant floor to drive quality, safety and efficiency. To capitalize on these trends, Ease and Spotlight Equity Partners engaged Lincoln International to find a partner to support the company in its next stage of growth. Lincoln utilized deep domain expertise across manufacturing and broader industrial software to run a high-touch, competitive process, ensuring speed, certainty and favorable terms, while maximizing stakeholder value.
