Silver Oak Services Partners has sold Accent Food Services to Audax Private Equity

Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Accent Food Services, LLC (“Accent” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners (“Silver Oak”), has been acquired by Audax Private Equity (“Audax”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Accent is a leading provider of customized fresh food, snacks and refreshment services to businesses, educational institutions and property management companies. Accent supplies customized offerings for on-site micro markets, vending machines and coffee and refreshment services, delivering a superior consumer experience and improved work environment efficiency. Accent is a leading consolidator in the market, having successfully integrated 16 acquisitions since 2008.

Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Accent and Silver Oak, working closely with its shareholders and management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
