Pacific Design Technologies has been sold to AMETEK
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to PDT in the sale to AMETEK. Lincoln worked closely with the shareholders and management team of PDT throughout the sale process, providing M&A and industry expertise, as well as managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
PDT designs and manufactures a complete range of custom-engineered, liquid cooling systems and components used in a broad set of current and next-generation commercial aerospace, defense and space platforms. PDT was privately held and is headquartered in Goleta, California.
