Laboratório Lustosa has been sold to DASA
Laboratório Lustosa is a leading provider of lab diagnostic solutions in Minas Gerais, Brazil, offering a wide range of testing solutions to more than 300,000 patients annually. Lustosa’s portfolio is made up of laboratorial, genomic and COVID-19 exams, as well as vaccination services, which are offered through its 26 units and home care.
Lustosa’s more than 330 employees will now join DASA, the largest integrated healthcare network in Brazil, with a portfolio comprising more than 60 brands of laboratories, hospitals and medical centers. The acquisition follows DASA’s strategy of expanding its diagnostics operations and strengthening its presence in the state of Minas Gerais, where DASA will have more than 80 units.
