Wineshipping, headquartered in Napa, California, is the undisputed market leading provider of direct-to-consumer logistics and fulfillment solutions for the wine and alcoholic beverages industry. The company is uniquely positioned as the largest full-service provider with nationwide, one- and two-day, cold chain ground coverage to capitalize on favorable market trends toward increasing direct-to-consumer sales. Wineshipping offers temperature controlled storage, inventory management, advancement business analytics, order fulfillment and expedited coast-to-coast delivery services to over 1,000 leading and established wineries and beverage brands.
The Deal
After a successful partnership with Endeavor Capital, management selected Greenbriar Equity Group to support the next phase of its growth. Greenbriar was carefully chosen due to their specialist focus on market-leading logistics companies and unique ability to help accelerate the company’s growth and long-term success.
