The Deal

The transaction will see the international operations of Optimas carved out from its U.S.-headquartered parent, creating a standalone business focused on serving customers across the EMEA and APAC regions. The separation reflects the international platform’s distinct operating footprint, customer base and growth strategy, positioning it to pursue its next phase of expansion under Exponent’s ownership. Lincoln leveraged its deep sector expertise within the fastener and industrial distribution markets and its broad relationships across the financial sponsor community to identify the ideal partner.
