Compass has sold HALO to Candlelight

Lincoln International, a leading global mid-market investment bank, has announced that HALO Branded Solutions (“HALO” or the “Company”) has been sold to Candlelight Investment Holdings, Inc. HALO was a portfolio company of Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (“Compass”), a public investment firm that specializes in acquiring controlling stakes in middle market companies.

Headquartered in Sterling, Illinois, HALO is the leading global supply chain service platform for promotional solutions with over 700 sales representatives and a 250-person corporate support team. As a one-stop shop, HALO provides over 40,000 customers with custom product development and creative design tools and resources, sourcing and vendor management, logistics and order processing, billing, collection and customer services across all categories of end customers’ promotional product needs.
