The Deal
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Bluegem Capital Partners and worked closely with management and other advisers to navigate a complex transaction that included three simultaneous add-on acquisitions. Lincoln’s execution capabilities and deep sector expertise across consumer services and healthcare, supported by its debt advisory capabilities enabled an effective exit process to a motivated long-term partner via a preemptive process.
