Arner Private Equity has sold Bracchi to IGI and Siparex
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that funds advised by IGI SGR and Siparex have agreed to acquire Bracchi Srl (“Bracchi” or the “Company”).
Headquartered in Italy, with international operations in Poland, Slovakia and Germany, Bracchi is the European leader in the profitable niches of elevators and escalators and agricultural machineries transportation. With more than 80 years of experience, the Company offers a full range of services: inbound transportation, logistics and warehousing as well as door-to-door distribution. In FY 2015, Bracchi generated sales exceeding Euro 80 million.
Commenting on the deal, Matteo Carlotti, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bracchi, said, “We hired Lincoln International because we knew that they would expertly guide the sale process of Bracchi to a positive outcome for the Company, its shareholders and employees.”
Lincoln acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Arner Private Equity and other shareholders, working closely with the Company’s Board of Directors and management team throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction.
