Tri-Mack has agreed to be acquired by Trelleborg Group

Headquartered in Bristol, Rhode Island, Tri-Mack Plastics Manufacturing Corp. (Tri-Mack) is an established supplier to the aerospace industry with specialist expertise in high-performance thermoplastics and composite materials. Founded in 1974, the company specializes in precision-engineered components for commercial and military aircraft engines and airframes, with additional applications in semiconductor equipment and industrial gas turbines. Tri-Mack operates a state-of-the-art, vertically integrated manufacturing facility with in-house toolmaking capabilities, leveraging advanced automation and robotics to enable precision, consistent high quality and efficient production.
The Deal
Lincoln International served as the exclusive financial advisor to Tri-Mack. The transaction represents Lincoln International’s continued success advising differentiated businesses in the aerospace and defense (A&D) engineered products and advanced materials sectors. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory clearance.
