As Senior Advisor, Veronika provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity and corporate clients in the DACH region, with a focus on the digital consumer sector.

With over three decades of professional experience including serving as a board member, Veronika has extensive experience in M&A, product development, marketing and sales for branded goods as well as restructuring of organizations and processes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Veronika was a Senior Advisor at TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. Currently she is Managing Director at Philip Morris International.

Veronika earned a Master of Business Administration in strategic management and marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in European business administration from Middlesex University.
