Sébastien Caillé

Sébastien provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services as a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Business Services Group. He leverages more than 25 years of experience to serve a client base that includes private equity firms, family-owned private companies and entrepreneurs.

Over the course of his career, Sébastien has advised on transactions in a variety of sectors, but he focuses today on consulting, engineering and utility networks services. His primary goal is identifying the ideal financial partner to help entrepreneurs to fulfil their goals. Throughout each transaction process, Sébastien listens carefully to his clients’ pain points to design the best path forward.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sébastien was a Managing Director at Natixis Partners. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Bucephale Finance, Citigroup and BNP Paribas.

Sébastien earned a master’s degree in banking and finance at the University of Paris I: Panthéon Sorbonne. He additionally holds a Master of Business Administration from Sciences Po.
