Louise Alix

I have a genuine interest in helping companies grow and accompanying them in their next development phase.

Louise provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, privately held companies and management teams. She works within Lincoln’s Consumer Group to advise clients across a diverse range of transaction types, including both sell-side and buy-side domestic and cross-border transaction.

As an advisor, Louise works closely with clients to deeply understand their strategic objectives, their operating realities and the specific dynamics of the consumer sector. She helps management teams navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

Louise began her career at Lincoln, joining as an Analyst.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Louise earned a Master in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering and a Bachelor in Economics and Financial Engineering from Paris-Dauphine University.
