John provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory and debt advisory services to publicly traded companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies and family-owned and privately held-businesses in the global vehicle aftermarket.

Leveraging his deep industry expertise across the various sub-sectors of the global aftermarket, John works closely with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities, enabling him to provide strategic advice catering to their long and short-term goals. John’s transaction experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, corporate divestitures and capital raises.

Prior to joining Lincoln, John was a Vice President at Stifel. Previously, he was an Associate at BB&T Capital Markets.

John earned a Bachelor of Science from Babson College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
