As a Vice President in Lincoln’s Frankfurt office, Ayas provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and private founders. He specializes in sell-side, buy-side and capital raises with a focus on the European business services sector.

Ayas has more than a decade of advisory experience and continues to be inspired by the opportunity to work closely with exceptional people. He works most often in the education, technical services and people advisory services subsectors. His collaborative, client-centric approach combines rigorous analysis with clear communication to guide clients through complex decisions and build long-term, trusted relationships.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ayas worked as a private equity associate at ATON Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked at Indigo Capital Partners in Moscow and London, where he supported transactions in the technology, business services and healthcare fields.

Ayas earned a Master of Science in finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science from Siberian Transport University. He speaks English, German, Altai and Russian.
