Lincoln International Announces Public Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
Lincoln International, Inc. (“Lincoln International” or the “Company”), a global investment banking advisory firm, today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock.
The registration statement has not yet become effective. The Class A common stock may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The proposed initial public offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.
Lincoln International has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “LCLN.” Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. BMO Capital Markets, Citizens Capital Markets and Evercore ISI are acting as bookrunners for the proposed offering. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
