Ujwal provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and growth equity advisory services to clients in the healthcare sector. He identifies private equity groups and high growth companies seeking growth capital targets for clients and manages communication with clients, investors and buyers.

Ujwal has led transaction execution for several companies in the healthcare sector, which include healthcare services, hospitals, out-of-hospital care, home care, pharma and medical devices.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ujwal worked as an associate at a boutique advisory firm in Mumbai, where he focused on healthcare delivery transactions.

Ujwal earned a Master of Business Administration from Bombay University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University.
