Trey provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity-backed and privately held companies within the business services sector, advising clients on sell-side transactions and other strategic alternatives.

With more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate complex strategic challenges, Trey partners with founders, shareholders and private equity investors to execute transformative transactions. He combines deep industry knowledge with a hands-on, execution-focused approach to help clients maximize value and achieve their strategic and financial objectives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Trey worked in EY’s financial services practice, where he supported banking and capital markets clients as a Certified Public Accountant.

Trey earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
