Washing Systems has received an investment from Gryphon
Lincoln International (“Lincoln”), a leading global mid-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Washing Systems, LLC (“Washing Systems” or the “Company”) has received a significant investment from Gryphon Investors (“Gryphon”). The partnership with Gryphon will provide Washing Systems with additional capital resources and operational expertise to further its investments in product innovation, service capabilities and possible acquisitions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Lincoln acted as the exclusive investment banking representative of Washing Systems, working closely with the Company’s management team and shareholders to establish the new partnership. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Katz Teller (Cincinnati) acted as legal advisor to Washing Systems.
